Dear Contracting Party:
We ask you to read carefully the following Terms and Conditions, that is the base for your contract with InsidePERU Travel.
Services Contract
The services Contract of InsidePERU Travel will be made throught the confirmation, especification, organization and execution of the trip.
Execution of the trust agreement
The order that our client will send us for the execution, organization and planning of the tour (tourist package) or other, can be in writing, by phone or through our On-line system. Once we got your reservation with all the information we need, we will make the contract between InsidePERU Travel and the client.
Our commitment
InsidePERU Travel commit with the clients to execute its work us Tour Operator in a responsible and detailed preparation of each tour, the selection and the supervision of the service providers (tourist transportation companies and hotels) as well as the correct organization of the detailed terms of each tour and the fulfillment of the obligations indicated in the contract.
Payment terms
It will be communicated at the time of the reservation. Unfortunately we can’t give you a specific information about it, because is very important to know how many months in advance you will make your reservation.
Cancellations and Refund
If you want to make a cancellation we can ask for a compensation for our travel itinerary precautions but it depends of all the expenses we make and with how many months in advance you made your reservation.
Responsibility
InsidePERU Travel will face all the problems, in function with the obligations it has. Organization and executing by its name all the accommodations, tourist transportation or other required services. InsidePERU Travel is not responsible in case of theft, accidents, flights cancellations (domestic or international), sicknesses, pregnancy state or physical and mental impediments, that may cancel the presentation or lacking that it can put in danger its health or integrity of the passenger or third parties during the development of the tour as well as natural events, delays, missed travels or interferences with the tour for important reasons or other events that do not concern our responsibility.
Damage and lost luggage
The luggage and other things are responsibility of the passenger; the tour operator will not be responsible in case of damage or loss during the flights, transfers and tours. About the transportation of the luggage is responsibility of the companies to be in charge of it, the passage ticket the biding contract between these companies and the passenger. In case of loss or damage, it will be necessary to present immediately a complaint.
Rates
The rates for groups are for each person.
Contracting party Obligations:
The client has the obligation to tell us about its heath, if it has any disease, allergy or medic restriction. In order to take the necessary cautions. We will no be responsale of the client doesn’t inform us about these problems.
